Working hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)
Pay: £19,000 Pro rata
Start Date: Spring 2020
Experience: Previous experience desirable

Ignitec is a small but fast-growing design, research and technology consultancy based in Bradley Stoke, North Bristol. We are recruiting for an admin assistant to join our team part time and help us deliver great new products. This role would suit somebody looking to get back into work part time, or fit work around family life.

The role

You will be responsible for ordering and/or collecting supplies, managing in-coming emails and ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly, helping with the general day to day running of the business and ensuring that things are kept organised. You will also be responsible for directing and filtering calls and emails, keeping track of staff diaries and meetings and generally helping other members of staff if necessary.

  • GCSE level qualifications
  • An interest in design and/or technology
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong IT skills, Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Naturally organised and efficient
  • Proactive
  • Objective and business focused
  • Strong people skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Fluent in English
